Use: The OG
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
- 6 tofu sheets
- 1 bunch enoki mushrooms
- ¼ white onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Sauce Ingredients:
- ¾ cup vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- ¼ cup mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1½ tsp DIME The OG MSG Seasoning
Instructions:
- Soften tofu sheets in warm water
- Wrap mushrooms with tofu sheets
- Pan-fry onion until golden brown
- Add enoki rolls and sauce to the pan
- Simmer in sauce until mushrooms are tender
- Pour in eggs and let simmer until eggs are cooked as preferred
- Serve over rice or noodles
