Tofu Skin Enoki Wraps

Tofu Skin Enoki Wraps

Use: The OG
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 6 tofu sheets
  • 1 bunch enoki mushrooms
  • ¼ white onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)

Sauce Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup mirin
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1½ tsp DIME The OG MSG Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Soften tofu sheets in warm water
  2. Wrap mushrooms with tofu sheets
  3. Pan-fry onion until golden brown
  4. Add enoki rolls and sauce to the pan
  5. Simmer in sauce until mushrooms are tender
  6. Pour in eggs and let simmer until eggs are cooked as preferred
  7. Serve over rice or noodles
