Use: The OG
Yields: Enough for 1–1.5 lbs of protein
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1½ tsp DIME The OG MSG seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Whisk all ingredients
- Marinate protein for 30 min (tofu/mushrooms for veggie option) or 4–12 hours (meat)
- Grill, sear, or roast protein and enjoy
