Super Savory Everyday Marinade

Use: The OG
Yields: Enough for 1–1.5 lbs of protein

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp DIME The OG MSG seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Optional: 1 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients
  2. Marinate protein for 30 min (tofu/mushrooms for veggie option) or 4–12 hours (meat)
  3. Grill, sear, or roast protein and enjoy
