Crispy Rice Paper Dumplings

Serves: 2

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup shiitake mushrooms (minced)
  • 1 green onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ block tofu (crumbled)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp DIME The OG MSG Seasoning

Dipping Sauce Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp DIME Korean Chili MSG Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Mix and pan fry all filling ingredients
  2. Soak rice paper, fill, and fold
  3. Pan-fry until crispy on both sides
  4. Serve with dipping sauce
